Job summary

The Symicor Group is seeking an HMDA Compliance Analyst in Oklahoma City, OK to ensure HMDA and related regulatory compliance for loan data, reporting and servicing.

Responsibilities include testing, reviewing regulations, preparing reports for CCO and board packages, and monitoring data quality across loan and portfolio data. Bachelor’s degree and HMDA experience preferred; strong communication and research skills required; not remote; full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in compliance/HMDA.
• Solid understanding of HMDA requirements and applicable regulations.
• Knowledge of Bank policies and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete compliance testing on local files and regular samples.
• Review loan regulations and documents on standardized work papers.
• Provide written reports to CCO for board materials.
• Monitor loan, demographic and dispersion data in HMDA reporting.
• Ensure HMDA data collected for all portfolio loans and HMDA loans.
• Verify quality and validity of HMDA software data.
• Review escrow and servicing procedures for compliance requirements.
