Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction inspection with roadway focus.
• SCDOT HMA Level 1 QC Technician certification required.
• Strong knowledge of SCDOT construction standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform field services for soils, foundations, pavement sections, reinforced concrete, structural masonry, wood framing, structural steel and other special inspections, as applicable.
• Coordinate with contractors, and NOVA staff regarding execution of required services and result of testing and/or inspections, as applicable.
• Prepare detailed and complete daily field reports
