Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is hiring for an outdoor plant role in Lititz, PA. You will perform general cleanup and maintenance of grounds and equipment, assist with material handling, and support plant operations while following safety procedures.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn various equipment. The job may require extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
• Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed
• Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
• Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
