Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a general plant grounds maintenance technician to keep outdoor areas clean and safe. You will assist with material handling, operate simple equipment, and follow established safety procedures on a busy site in Lititz, PA.

Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors, be a good communicator, and willing to learn new equipment. The role may require extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a strong focus on teamwork and safety.

What You\'ll Be Doing

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
