Job Title : HLA Molecular Technologist

Job Summary :

This entry-level healthcare position located in Aurora, CO, involves operating as an HLA Molecular Technologist. Responsibilities include performing clinical laboratory testing to determine compatibility of transplant recipients and donors, such as ABO-Rh, CMV total and chimerism DNA sendouts, HLA Class I, and HLA Class II genotyping. The role requires adherence to standards set by external regulatory bodies including ABHI, CAP, and CLIA. The ideal candidate will understand principles of histocompatibility and immunogenetics, prepare reagents while following strict quality control guidelines, perform instrument checks and preventive maintenance, and work both independently and collaboratively. Effective communication, adaptability, multitasking, and ongoing education are essential.

Key Responsibilities :
