Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin is seeking a skilled laboratory professional to perform CLIA-regulated tests and support routine operations in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will interact with customers, prepare reagents, maintain equipment, and assist in training junior staff while ensuring sample integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in biology/chemistry/related field is required.
• Associate's degree in laboratory science required.
• 1-3 years pertinent laboratory experience and/or training required.
• Mastery of Associate Technologist duties and behaviors required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Perform testing according to schedule and quality standards.
• Support sample evaluation and processing as needed.
• Perform on-call, weekend, and holiday work as scheduled.
• Train staff on job-specific tasks and contribute to education of fellows, residents, students, and visitors.
