HNL Lab Medicine in Allentown, PA is seeking a detail‑oriented support specialist for the HLA laboratory. You will assist in non‑clinical operations, including customer service, supply chain, and specimen management, supporting the LVHN Transplant program.

A high school diploma and basic lab support experience are required. Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced hospital setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents; write reports and procedures.
• Strong numerical and mathematical skills; ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios.
• Attention to detail, highly organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule:Monday-Friday; 8:00a-4:30pThe HLA laboratory is a high complexity clinical laboratory that primarily performs testing for the LVHN Transplant program. This position provides support for the HLA laboratory in all non- clinical operations including customer service, supply chain, and specimen management.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
