Job summary

ClinDCast LLC is seeking an experienced HL7 Mirth Connect Developer to design, develop, and support healthcare interoperability solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with HL7 v2.x, Mirth Connect, and healthcare integrations.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced HL7 Mirth Connect Developer with strong FHIR expertise to design, develop, and support healthcare interoperability solutions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with HL7 v2.x, Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect), and healthcare integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with FHIR (R4 preferred), REST APIs, and JSON/XML.
• Strong knowledge of interface development, message transformation, routing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.) is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7, CCD/C-CDA, X12, and DICOM is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and API integration.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Healthcare domain experience and knowledge of interoperability best practices.
