Gravity IT Resources is seeking an experienced Interoperability Engineer to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain interfaces connecting radiology and revenue-cycle systems across RIS, PACS/VNA, dictation, and billing workflows.
You will work with HL7 v2.x, REST APIs, web services, and SQL, using Mirth Connect or alternatives, and apply CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Role Overview:
You will support and expand a nationwide healthcare integration footprint for a medical imaging organization. Your focus is on designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining interfaces that connect radiology and revenue-cycle systems. You will work on integrating systems using HL7 v2.x, REST APIs, web services, and SQL, ensuring reliable workflows across internal and external platforms. You will troubleshoot issues, create documentation, and collaborate with clinical, operational, vendor, and technical teams. You’ll also contribute to automation and scalable delivery by building components using JavaScript, Python, Java, SQL, and APIs, following best practices like CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code. Cloud experience is strongly preferred.
