Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Product Manager for HL-class products to drive market-driven strategy and lifecycle leadership across the 9HL portfolio. You will collaborate with global teams in an agile environment, steering R&D programs from concept through commercialization while ensuring product competitiveness.

The role requires experience in the gas turbine/energy sector, strong stakeholder management, and travel readiness (approximately 10–15%).

Qualifications

  • Degree in mechanical, aerospace engineering, or related technical field.
  • Strong experience in gas turbine or energy sector (product, business, or development).
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle processes and interfaces.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional or agile projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and German; willingness to travel (10-15%).

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
