Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing security, first aid and emergency medical attention duties to protect Guests, Associates and the Grand Casino facility.
• Maintain knowledge of Grand Casino facilities, events and promotions to advise Guests and Associates.
• Provide information for reports regarding security/medical incidents involving Guests, Associates or the facility.
• Ensure safe transportation of Company assets.
• Request identification from all persons under 21 to ensure compliance with state and federal gaming regulations.
• Attend to the medical needs of Guests and Associates.
• Ensure proper identification of vendors/contractors.
• Communicate with all departments in emergencies or when immediate attention is required.
• Maintain inventory of oxygen, wheelchairs, first aid supplies and related items.
• Be familiar with hazardous materials used on property and related laws and regulations.
• Be familiar with property fire protection system, alarm panel and response protocol.
• Be familiar with OSHA standards and conduct inspections to ensure compliance.
