Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Banquet Bartender to deliver high-quality beverage service across outlets, maintaining consistency and a friendly presence for guests. You will work closely with Banquet Captains and servers, handle cash and stay compliant with health and gaming regulations.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of bartending or serving experience, a solid knowledge of cocktails, and a calm, reliable demeanor.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending and/or serving experience.
• Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, safe serving practices, and customer care.
• Must secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Compliance with Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and procedures.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and ready for each shift.
• Handle cash with accuracy following cash handling policies.
• Take and fill drink orders efficiently and courteously.
