Grand Casino Mille Lacs seeks a consistent, welcoming Banquet Bartender to deliver exceptional service across outlets. You’ll mix drinks, maintain a clean station, and support room service and amphitheater events with a team-first mindset.

The role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling, knowledge of recipes, and a respectful approach to guests. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected as part of event schedules.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending and/or serving experience.
• Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and safe serving practices.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and ready each shift.
• Follow Grand Casino’s cash handling policies with accuracy.
• Take and fill drink orders efficiently and courteously.
• Use knowledge of menus to provide friendly service.
• Communicate with banquet staff to ensure smooth service.
