Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, HIV Regional Trainer to lead field-based training for commercial sales teams in HIV therapeutics.

You will deliver clinical, product, and disease state training, conduct field rides for real-time feedback, and support onboarding of new hires across regions.

Remote/field-based role with approximately 50% travel within the US, including Puerto Rico, requiring collaboration with sales, marketing, and L&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Science, Healthcare, or Education).
• Minimum 5 years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with at least 2 years in HIV.
• Proficiency in clinical and commercial training delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering clinical, product, and disease state training.
• Conducting field rides to observe and provide real-time feedback.
• Supporting onboarding of new hires.
• Customizing training to regional needs.
• Acting as a liaison between sales, marketing, and Learning & Development.
