Qualifications

• Certification in HIV/AIDS 500/501 required.
• Active Florida Phlebotomy Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HIV testing, counseling, and referral services.
• Coordinate PrEP appointments and assist with documentation.
• Perform case management and linkage to medical and community services.
• Document patient health information accurately in the EMR.
