Qualifications

• Wisconsin RN license is required.
• BLS or ACLS certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care and treatment for HIV patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, social worker/case manager, RN case manager, and outreach staff.
• Perform intake and assess medical, behavioral, social, and AODA issues for new patients.
• Order labs per HIV protocol and assign patients to HIV physicians.
• Refer patients to HIV social worker/case manager for social intake and assistance.
