The Florida Department of Health, located in Gainesville, seeks a Human Services Program Specialist to manage HIV casework under Ryan White, coordinate vendor services, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

Responsibilities include annual medical assessments, care plans, and clinic support; strong data entry, budgeting and confidentiality are essential. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year experience with data entry in electronic medical records system and professional front office setting.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, implement, bill and monitor case management services for HIV positive clients.
• Coordinate services between vendors, health care providers, clients and advocates; authorize services and manage quarterly budgets.
• Complete EARS weekly; attend staff meetings and training.
• Perform other duties including emergency duty as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
