Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• Customer service mindset and ability to explain services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Explain U-Hauls towing packages and recommend the right tow package for customers.
• Install tow packages on customer vehicles and provide installation guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned and participate in U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
