U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to work in our Huntington Station, NY location. The role involves installing tow packages, assisting customers, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior wiring and tool experience plus a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Explain U-Haul towing packages and install appropriate tow options.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers.
• Complete other duties as assigned and participate in U-Haul education.
• Assist customers with hitch-related needs and safety considerations.
• Engage in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
