Role Overview
The HIT National Account Director will be a key member of the Pfizer Internal Medicine Account Management team, leading customer engagement with leading health systems, national accounts, and advanced HIT initiatives.
The primary role involves supporting HIT/EHR-related initiatives within national health systems, strategic accounts, and advanced projects, focusing on leveraging technology, data, and workflow design to improve patient diagnosis, treatment, and management.
The role includes developing and executing HIT strategies aligned with therapeutic goals and KPIs across the Internal Medicine portfolio, ensuring a cohesive approach to Digital/HIT strategy development.
The candidate should demonstrate leadership capabilities, including influencing, collaborating, coaching, and guiding colleagues to achieve impactful outcomes.

The salary range is $182,000 to $303,300, with bonus potential and long-term incentives. Pfizer offers comprehensive benefits including 401(k), paid leave, health coverage, and more. Relocation assistance may be available.
