Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Histotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Physical, Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science
• Proven data entry and computer skills; comfortable with Windows-based software

Responsibilities

• Process tissue samples for microscopic examination
• Embed tissues in paraffin, section and stain slides
• Perform quality control procedures and assist in special procedures
• Maintain equipment and document QC data
• Adhere to safety guidelines and assist Laboratory Supervisor as needed
