Responsibilities

• Answer questions and troubleshoot equipment.
• Troubleshoot on-hold cases and coordinate with lab operations to move samples.
• Train new staff on tasks relevant to their role.
• Operate a microtome to cut slides from paraffin blocks.
• Perform H&E and Kwik-Diff staining processes.
• Prepare samples for nucleic acid extraction.
• Maintain equipment and conduct routine maintenance.
• Ensure specimen integrity and regulatory compliance.
