Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• HT experience preferred; at least 1 year recommended.
• Ability to follow quality control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical procedures resulting in microscopic slide preparations.
• Follow quality control, QA, safety, and infection control procedures.
• Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies.
• Communicate effectively with laboratory personnel and external customers.
• Participate in laboratory projects and educational activities.
• Demonstrate and educate others in laboratory practices and skills.
