Job summary

Premier Building Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our award-winning team and oversee masonry restoration projects in the Greater Philadelphia area. This full-time role emphasizes safety, client management, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and procurement, and ensure quality control. Requires 3–5 years in masonry restoration and strong communication skills with clients and the PBR team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing single trade projects; multi-trade projects a plus.
• Experience with General Contracted and Privately direct to client projects.
• Experience with Government construction contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages each project to completion by company's standards.
• Client Management
• Lead Project team to formulate and implement strategy to complete the job.
• Ensures each job is maintained and completed safely with a 'safety first' attitude.
• Resolve customer issues escalated to his/her level.
• Produce weekly project reports to client and internal team.
• Oversee submittal and procurement.
• Quality Control.
• Ownership of document control of entire project.
