Job summary

Premier Building Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Award-winning growing team. This is a full-time role with an opportunity to progress within the company.

The Project Manager will oversee client relations, budgets, and schedules for historic masonry restoration projects, coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality work for Greater Philadelphia clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing single-trade or multi-trade projects; construction management skills.
  • Experience with General Contracted and privately direct to client projects.
  • Experience with government construction contracts is a plus.
  • 3-5 years in masonry restoration is a plus.
  • Historic preservation/restoration experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with clients, vendors and team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage each project to completion by company standards.
  • Client management and lead project team strategy to complete the job.
  • Ensure safety and a 'safety first' attitude on site.
  • Resolve customer issues escalated to project manager level.
  • Prepare project schedules and lead meetings.
  • Keep projects on budget and on schedule; coordinate with superintendents.
  • Oversee submittals, procurement, material delivery logs, and PO creation.
  • Produce weekly project reports to client and internal team.
  • Quality control and document control for the entire project.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Manages each project to completion by company's standards.
  • Client Management
  • Lead Project team to formulate and implement strategy to complete the job.
  • Ensures each job is maintained and completed in a safe manner, reinforcing a 'safety first' attitude with the team.
  • When customer issues are escalated to his/her level, works to resolve all issues.
  • Be an ambassador for the company's culture and purpose.
  • Project Schedule preparation and meetings
  • Ensures Project stays on budget and on schedule
  • Works with superintendents to develop work goals and track production on projects
  • Oversee submittal and procurement
  • Material delivery logs
  • Produce weekly project reports to client and internal team
  • Purchase Orders
  • Quality Control
  • Ownership of document control of entire project
Requirements
  • Experience managing single trade projects, multi trade projects a plus.
  • Experience with General Contracted and Privately direct to client projects

  • Historic preservation and restoration experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with clients, vendors and existing PBR team members.
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, requisitions, changes, and sequences.
  • Capable of negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel
  • Proficient in Google Docs
  • SAGE Software knowledge a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder.
  • Current Driver's License
  • Solution driven and adaptable to intense situations.

Compensation
  • $60,000 - $120,000 per year (plus profit sharing), based on experience and capability
