Job summary

Worcester Eisenbrandt, Inc. (WEI) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead historic restoration projects in the Baltimore area. The role requires strong leadership, site knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams on site.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety and code compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget in a dynamic, culture-driven firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, specifications, and information processes.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to completion on historic restoration sites.
• Develop procedures based on specifications, schedules, and labor needs.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and production reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors to plan work and prevent delays.
• Conduct site inspections, assess risks, and ensure code and safety compliance.
• Manage submittals, close-out documents, and project schedules.
