The ideal candidate values service to communities, leads projects, communicates with clients, and guides teams from fieldwork through construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; advanced preservation interest a plus.
• Fluent in AutoCAD & Revit for design & documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with public clients; strong design and project management.
• Ability to move between field investigation, documentation, design and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation for historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse projects.
• Manage projects from field investigation through construction administration.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and in-house teams to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to preservation and rehabilitation initiatives across Mississippi and the Southeast.
