Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, embed, cut, stain tissue specimens according to protocols.
• Operate and maintain histology instruments; perform preventive maintenance.
• Perform quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and accreditation compliance.
• Verify specimen identification and correlate with requisition data for accurate labeling.
