Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a Research Associate III - Histotechnologist for an onsite role in Foster City, CA. The position supports drug discovery within the Pathobiology Group, focusing on IHC methods, tissue handling, and assay development.

You will work with internal and external partners to validate drug targets in oncology, fibrosis, virology, and inflammation, developing tissue-based assays and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• BS with 8+ years or MS with 6+ years in related field.
• Experience in IHC method development and tissue handling.
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Support drug discovery using IHC and histology techniques.
• Develop and validate antibody reagents for IHC/CISH.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify targets.
• Plan, execute, and troubleshoot experiments independently.
• Present findings to senior staff and support project progression.
