Exact Sciences in Redwood City is seeking an Histo Technologist I to perform skilled tissue cutting and routine histology under supervision. You will work the shift Tuesday through Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and Saturday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, interact with sending sites, and ensure quality results in a regulated lab environment.

The role emphasizes precision, adherence to SOPs, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with pathologists and R&D teams to advance histopathology processes.

Competenze

• 2+ years of histology lab experience with microtomy/cutting.
• Associate degree required; ability to work with or without accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• ASCP HT/HTL preferred

Mansioni

• Perform tissue cutting and H&E staining under supervision.
• Maintain quality control and adhere to SOPs.
• Prepare reagents and maintain equipment.
• Interact with pathologists and clients to ensure timely processing.
• Assist with workflow, SOP development, and equipment maintenance.
• Travel between Redwood City locations as needed.
