Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED plus 1 year of directly related histology experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and follow Operating Procedures.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing and laboratory techniques.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement experience.
• Experience with Google products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Experience with SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Histotechniques including embedding, microtomy, coverslipping, processing and primary staining.
• Operate laboratory or manufacturing equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain records.
• Prepare bulk reagents and assist in moderately complex techniques under supervision.
• Contribute to safety compliance and quality documentation.
