Qualifications

• 2+ years dermatology medical assistant experience.
• Histology: 1 year preferred.
• Laboratory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, punctual, detail oriented and professional at all times.
• Works well as a team member and can follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and evaluate patients with the doctor and support high-quality patient care.
• Travel to other local clinics as needed.
• Cut slides and prepare materials for the provider.
• Enter data into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Prepare supplies, instruments and specimens; maintain clean and orderly facilities.
