Qualifications

• At least 2 yrs of Dermatology/MOHS experience.
• At least 2 yrs of Histology Technician experience.
• EMR experience with various software packages.
• Organization, punctuality, professionalism and a presentable appearance.
• Willingness to travel to local clinics to assist MOHS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support the Provider to deliver excellent care.
• Handle patient intake and data entry.
• Cut tissue slides for analysis.
• Assist in MOHS Lab and procedure preparation.
• Prepare materials, instruments and specimens for the Provider.
• Keep the facility and equipment clean and orderly.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Histology TechnicianThe Histology Technician plays a critical part in preparing, processing, and analyzing tissue samples that support accurate diagnoses and high-quality patient care.
