Job Summary and Qualifications

Work involves hazardous areas with xylene and formalin. Must have good vision, manual dexterity, and mobility for a fast-paced, high-volume lab.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine histology procedures: receipt, grossing, processing, embedding, cutting, staining.
• Conduct Immunohistochemistry and special procedures as requested.
• Maintain accurate filing and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• HT(ASCP) certification or equivalent within 18 months.
• At least three years’ experience in histology and immunohistochemistry.
