Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Massachusetts is seeking a laboratory technician to perform and oversee various laboratory tests and procedures in a clinical setting. This includes preparing histopathologic slides and maintaining laboratory equipment. Candidates must have a High School diploma, experience in an anatomic pathology lab, and completion of an accredited Histotechnology program. The position offers a competitive salary range of $30.91 - $46.03 hourly and potential signing bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an anatomic pathology laboratory.
• Successful completion of an accredited Histotechnology program.
• ASCP certification as a HT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform various laboratory tests and procedures of moderate complexity.
• Prepare histopathologic slides for tissue diagnosis.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
