Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Biology required.
• 7 years experience with associate degree; 3 years with bachelor's degree.
• Certification as Histotechnologist or Histotechnician by ASCP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of histology/cytology lab.
• Manage and supervise laboratory staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and monitor QA/QC processes.
• Collaborate with medical professionals.
