Qualifications

• Hospital Laboratory experience 3-5 years preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows established safety precautions and infection control guidelines.
• Assists pathologists and grossing staff in pathology specimen handling and processing.
• Maintains and labels stains and reagents per CAP guidelines.
• Ensures accurate transcription of patient reports and slide / block tracking.
