In this role, you will assist customers with their service needs and generate new business leads to grow our customer base. Strong communication skills and automotive knowledge are essential to provide exceptional service and promote our services effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive service needs, providing solutions and recommendations.
• Manage service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and workflow within the service department.
• Create detailed estimates and work orders, clearly communicating service options to customers.
• Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure timely service execution.
