Job summary

The Community News is seeking dedicated Caregivers and CNAs to join our in-home care team serving seniors in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and document care while following care plans. Must have CNA certification, reliable transportation, and pass a background check. Competitive pay and weekly pay.

Must be able to provide care within a 30 mile radius of home.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Administer medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Follow care plans and communicate with clients and family members.
Ensure a safe, clean environment for clients at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Administer medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid certification as a CNA or relevant caregiving experience
Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility
Background check and valid driver’s license required
