Overview

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly
Location: Florence
Job Type: Part-Time

The position is located in Florence and is part-time with responsibilities in curriculum development, instruction delivery, supervision of clinical rotations, and administrative tasks related to course management. The role may require flexible teaching schedules and delivery across varied sites, including distance learning when needed. Courses must be taught in accordance with established syllabi and instructional materials should be recommended to support course effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver theoretical and hands-on instruction; supervise clinical rotations; manage classroom activities.
• Maintain and update course syllabi for all courses taught; ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
• Monitor student progress and ensure compliance with program outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date instructional materials, lesson plans, and laboratory/facility equipment recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and instructional strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Associate degree. Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Licensed Pharmacist with at least 5 years of experience in retail and clinical pharmacy settings. Prior instructional experience required. Submit current resume and proof of certification/licensure. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and D2L (learning management system).
• Preferred Requirements: Associate degree or higher; 5+ years as a CPhT or Pharmacist in clinical and retail settings; 2+ years of instructional experience.
