Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including investigation, evidence collection, and case evaluation.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, procedural laws, and case law to support case strategy.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
• Prepare cases for trial by organizing evidence, coordinating depositions, and developing litigation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to maximize client benefits.
• Represent clients in court depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials with effective advocacy.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case progress, legal options, and settlement opportunities.

Experience

• Proven experience in personal injury law with a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
• Familiarity with a broad range of legal practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, employment law, and statutory legal research.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct court depositions effectively and prepare comprehensive trial strategies.
• Experience drafting contracts and legal motions with precision and clarity.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate persuasively on behalf of clients.
• Knowledge of procedural laws relevant to litigation processes across various jurisdictions.
• Prior law office experience involving client communication, legal writing, motion preparation, and administrative tasks related to legal case management.
• Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze complex legal issues efficiently.
