Aerotek is hiring Packaging Associates for multiple shifts at our Oak Brook, IL facility. You will package lip balms, personal care items, and pharmaceutical products, ensuring accurate counts, proper labeling, and quality inspections in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: $17.19/hr
• 2nd Shift: $18.23/hr
• 3rd Shift: $19.26/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Pack lip balms and personal care products into boxes
• Count products accurately to ensure correct quantities
• Weigh boxes to verify counts when required
• Perform quality inspections, including:
• Label verification
• Expiration date checks
• Identifying bubbles, defects, or misprints
• Keep production lines moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

This is a Contract position based out of Oak Brook, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.74 - $19.74/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
