Job summary

Selectemp is hiring a Packaging Laborer in Brownsville, OR for on-site 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, rotating 2/2/3 schedule. Start ASAP. You will operate bagging/baler machinery, assist with pellet mills, and pallet finished products while maintaining safety and quality.

A high school diploma is preferred; forklift experience is a plus and ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required. Training occurs on day shift with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery according to safety and efficiency guidelines.
• Assist with starting and stopping pellet mills and report material or moisture issues to the Shift Lead.
• Move, wrap, and stack finished products on pallets for proper warehouse placement.
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to transport materials safely.
• Complete production reports, fill pellet sample cups, tag pallets, and maintain a clean work area.

What You'll Do

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Brownsville and offers 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM shifts on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule. Initial training takes place during day shift hours, and built-in and additional overtime may be available based on production demands.
