Selectemp in Brownsville, OR is hiring a Packaging Laborer for a night shift. You will operate bagging/baler machinery, assist with pellet mills, and ensure products are packaged safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Ability to read scales and interpret measurements.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery per safety and efficiency guidelines.
• Assist in starting/stopping pellet mills and report issues to Shift Lead.
• Move, wrap, and stack finished products on pallets in the warehouse.
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment to transport materials safely.
• Complete production reports, tag pallets with QC information.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per procedures.
• Support other production areas as needed to meet daily goals.
• Perform simple maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
