In this role you will lead daily activities, implement age-appropriate lesson plans, support children's development, ensure compliance with Illinois DCFS regulations, and build strong relationships with families and fellow educators. The position offers hourly pay of $23.00, paid holidays, PTO, and opportunities for Montessori

Qualificações

• Meet one of the Illinois DCFS Lead Teacher qualification options.
• 60 sem. hours of college credit with 6 hours in child care/development.
• 30 sem. hours plus 1 year in licensed childcare (6 hours in child care/development).
• CDA Credential or Gateways to Opportunity Level 3 or higher.

The ideal candidate meets at least one of the three Illinois DCFS Lead Teacher qualification options:

• 60 semester hours of college credit from an accredited university, including 6 semester hours directly related to child care/development
• 30 semester hours of college credit plus 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center, including 6 semester hours in child care/development
• A valid Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or a Gateways to Opportunity Level 3 or higher Credential
