Job summary

TheKey, LLC is hiring compassionate caregivers in Tigard and surrounding communities to provide in-home care for aging seniors. This role emphasizes weekend and daytime shifts with flexible full-time or part-time options.

You will work 1:1 with clients in their homes, delivering personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. We offer top pay rates starting at $22-$25 per hour, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, benefits, paid training, and a $250 sign-on bonus after 30

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience.
• Empathy, compassion and kindness a MUST.
• Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in various situations.
• Must be reliable, dependable and on time.
• At least 18 years of age and basic computer skills.
• Driver for clients with vehicle, insurance and registration.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, errands and shopping.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications
