TheKey is hiring caregivers in McMinnville and surrounding communities to provide in-home support to aging adults. Roles include weekend, daytime, and overnight shifts with full-time and part-time options. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience.

• Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations.
• Must be reliable, dependable and on time.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming and meals.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing.
• Transport clients to appointments, run errands and grocery shop.
• Provide companionship through activities and social engagement.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications
