Overview

Hiring Now: Apartment Leasing Agent with Experience – Quick Start $17hr

This range is provided by Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months of apartment leasing experience
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
• Availability to work weekends as needed
