Position Summary:

Urban Health Plan is seeking New Grad Registered Nurses (Bilingual English/Spanish) to become a vital part of our clinical operations in primary care and multi-specialty community health centers in the Bronx. We welcome applications from new nursing graduates. We are hiring full-time Registered Nurses in the following sectors:

• Family Health
• Specialties (Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Allergy, Endocrinology, Podiatry)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid NYS Registered Professional Nurse Licensure required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus.

Key Duties:

• Triage patients and assist with their needs.
• Provide quality nursing care and medication administration.
• Assist with patient preparation and education.
• Support providers during examinations and treatments.
• Ensure proper sterilization procedures.
• Administer immunizations to age-specific patients.
• Maintain health records by documenting patient contact and updating profiles.

Starting Compensation:

Minimum $81,000; Maximum $97,000 per annum, contingent on degree and experience.
