Position Summary:

Urban Health Plan is looking for New Grad Registered Nurses (Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred) who will become a vital part of clinical operations in our primary care and multi-specialty community health centers in the Bronx. We are seeking applicants to work full-time in our federally qualified health centers. New Nursing Grads are welcome!!

We're hiring Registered Nurses in the Following Sectors:

• Adult Medicine
• Family Health
• OB/GYN
• Specialties (Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Allergy, Endocrinology, Podiatry)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid NYS Registered Professional Nurse Licensure required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of EMR, a plus.

Key Duties:

• Triage patients and assist patients with their needs.
• Provide quality nursing care and medication administration.
• Assist with prepping patients and providing patient education.
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments.
• Ensure proper sterilization procedures.
• Administer immunizations to age-specific patients.
• Maintain health records by documenting patient contact and updating patient profile.

Starting Compensation:

Minimum $81,000 Maximum $97,000/annum contingent on degree and experience level.
